Cheshire Wedding Videographer
Wedding Videographer Cheshire – Hi, my name’s Stuart, I’m a wedding videographer and the owner of SandS Video. I’m married to Sarah (who’s a wedding photographer), we have 2 beautiful children, Lucy & Tom, and live in the village of Irby, which is on the Wirral, in Cheshire.
I started professionally filming weddings back in 2007. I always enjoyed film and video production, filming weddings for friends and family. My initial plan was to start the business as a part-time venture. Things rapidly progressed and eventually I was so busy filming weddings that I made it my full time job.
I really enjoy what I do, it’s great to think that my work is making people so happy, and recording great memories for generations to come.
Sarah – Our Second Videographer
Sarah has been photographing weddings since 2007. We often work as a 2 person team with Sarah photographing the wedding while I deal with the wedding videography. This works really well, as we’re both able to help each other out at various points in the day.
For larger weddings where we’re working alongside another photographer, we can offer a 2 videographer option. Sarah mans a video camera for the day as our second cameraperson. This allows Sarah to capture the groom and ushers getting ready in the morning in one location. Meanwhile, I record the bride and bridesmaids preparations and get shots of the wedding dress, flowers and other details.
Unobtrusive Filming
At weddings, our preferred style is to work as a kind of ‘fly on the wall’. We try not to get in the way, or otherwise influence, the wedding day. Instead, we work really hard in the background, capturing all the fun, emotion and excitement as it genuinely happens.
I should also mention that I’m a qualified Master Member of the Institute of Videography, the main professional body for videographers in the UK.
