Liz and Phil held their elegant wedding reception at the Crow Wood Hotel, one of the best hotels in Lancashire. The brand new hotel is set in 40 acres of private parkland near Burnley, within the Crow Wood Resort. The hotel enjoys spectacular views of Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside, a beautiful ornamental lake and fabulous gardens. So it was great to have such a a fantastic setting for their celebrations and wedding video.

After filming Sarah & Kenny’s wedding last year at Leasowe Castle it was lovely to see them again at Rebecca & David’s wedding at The Village Hotel Wirral. The wedding was a lot of fun from start to finish, which makes filming it so much more enjoyable.

I’ve filmed quite a few Welsh language weddings recently, and it was lovely to see some of the same crowd at Manon and Chris’s big day at Carden Park. The wedding was a really emotional one, with plenty of joyful tears throughout especially as Manon made her way down the aisle.

The first time I went to Colne in Lancashire was to film Jane and Neil’s wedding about 4 years ago. Since then I’ve filmed Jane’s sister’s wedding, her brother’s, several of their friends, and their friends friends, and I think I’m now up to their friends friends friends! Laura and Stephen’s wedding in June was my first time at Cheshire Woodland Weddings, but hopefully I’ll be back soon. This place is a really unique wedding venue right in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. Getting married literally in the middle of beautiful woodland, I’ve not seen another venue like it. In over eleven years as a wedding videographer, I have to say that Tower Hill Barns is genuinly one of the nicest and best thought through venues I’ve been to. It’s situated near Llangollen, about 45 minutes from the Wirral and Liverpool. The owners, Sally and Andrew, refurbished and extended it in 2015. So it combines original details as well as the best in contempory features. The layout includes a large hospitality area and bar, as well as the original barn (for ceremonies and the evening party) and the new extensively glazed barn for the wedding breakfast. Read More
