Wedding Video Cheshire – The Belle Epoque, set in the heart of Knutsford is quite an unusual wedding venue. Although Knutsford isn’t large, it’s very afluant and King Street can get so busy it feels like a city centre. The Belle Epoque fits right in with eccentric design and layout, and Mediterranean Roof Garden. Abi and Jon got married a few miles away at Saint John the Evangelist in Sandbach, before heading over to Knutsford for the reception and evening party.
I started the day at Abi’s mum’s lovely home in Sandbach, where the girls were all getting ready. I suspected it would be an emotional day, when Abi mentioned that she’d already been in tears several times, and so it proved to be.
Abi and Jon chose the picturesque setting of Saint John the Evangelist Church in Sandbach for their marriage ceremony. It was emotional from the start, especially for the happy couple as Abi walked up the aisle with her dad.
One of our previous lovely brides, Sian (who married Kevin at Saint Mary’s Church in Nantwich, and Willington Hall), read a beautiful self created reading, part of which I’ve incorporated into the beginning of the Same Day Edit film.
The wedding vows were very emotional, with Abi struggling at times to get her words out.
After the ceremony, we had the obligatory confetti shot just outside the Lichgate, before heading over to the Belle Epoque in Knutsford.
The Belle Epoque is not the usual type of wedding venue, right in the centre of Knutsford, the layout is somewhat eccentric, and the garden areas are fairly small. But the thing is, the place is just full of character, and I doubt there is anywhere in the world quite like it. It’s a great location for winter weddings, and when the weather is nicer, it’s lovely to take the bride and groom down King Street for pics.
