Wedding Videographers Cheshire – Alana & Steve were married at Saint Mary’s Church in New Mills in the peak District, and held their reception at the Mere Court Hotel in Cheshire. Alana & Steve opted for a Full Length Video and Highlights film, which you can view below:
In the heart of Cheshire, Mere Court Hotel was originally a wedding gift, to William and Amy Dunkerley in 1903. Now lovingly restored as a 4-star deluxe country house hotel. It’s now one of the most sought after exclusive venues in the county.
Alana and the girls started the day at her parent’s lovely cottage in the Peak District. Stuart started the day with them, while Sarah started off with the guys. There was such a lovely excited atmosphere as the girls were getting ready, really setting things up for a great wedding day.
The church was close to Alana’s parent’s home in the village of New Mills. The weather was unusually lovely for that part of the world, making the setting truly idillic.
After the church ceremony, we all headed over to the Mere Court Hotel in Cheshire for the reception. This is a great venue, immaculately maintained, and with 7 acres of landscaped gardens and grounds. For the film we don’t do posed shots because we prefer to capture things naturally as they happen. However, I captured a lovely shot of the bride and groom having a romantic stroll through the gardens.
For Alana & Steve’s big day, we worked as a 2 videographer team, Stuart capturing the girls getting ready, and Sarah with the guys. Working together for the rest of the day at the Church and Mere Court.
