Nunsmere Hall Wedding Video Cheshire – Chelsea & Ryan

Nunsmere Hall Wedding Videography

Nunsmere Hall, and it’s sister hotel, Peckforton Castle, are two of the premier wedding venues in Cheshire. Both are quite spectacular, and as a relatively local videographer I’ve filmed marriages at each of them many times over the years. Nunsmere is bounded on three sides by a magnificent 60-acre lake, so it’s a very secluded setting. The hotel can be booked exclusively for weddings, and has a huge permanent marquee that can accommodate up to 600 guests, so it’s ideal for larger celebrations.

For Chelsea & Ryan’s big day, I put together a Same Day Edit video showing highlights from the day. I presented the film on my big screen in the evening, in front of the bride and groom and all their guests:

Bridal Preparations in Cheshire Farm House

I started the day at Chelsea’s parent’s farm house near Lymm, where the bride and bridesmaids were getting ready. The house was lovely and spacious, a great place for getting ready and Chelsea and the girls were in great spirits. Lisa Simms did a fantastic job of the hair and makeup as you can see in the film. As well as capturing indoor shots of them preparing for the big day, I used my camera drone to capture footage of the farm house in it’s amazing country location.

Church Ceremony and Confetti Video

Chelsea and Ryan were married at the local village church, Saint Mark’s in Dunham Massey. I think maybe Ryan was a little nervous, as many grooms are. The vicar took great pleasure in pulling him up when he mixed up the vows, much to Chelsea’s amusement 🙂 After the ceremony there was plenty of confetti for everyone outside.

Travelling in Style to the Wedding Reception Venue

Chelsea had arranged for Horgans Wedding Cars to provide their elegant vehicles for the journey to Nunsmere Hall. The cars were immaculate, and the drivers very helpful. As a result, I was able to get a shot of them driving away from the church, then speed past on the way to the hotel so I could get the drone in the air to capture their arrival.

Party Time at Nunsmere Hall

Once we were all at the reception venue, everyone could enjoy the extensive gardens in the Cheshire sunshine. After some group photographs with the lovely Rachel and Esmey from Lumin Wedding Photographers, there was time to capture some lovely footage of Chelsea and Ryan enjoying a romantic stroll. This is the shot at the end of the Same Day Edit film:

Same Day Edit Videographer

I love producing Same Day Edit films. It’s amazing to see couples with their friends and families getting so much enjoyment from my work. I know Chelsea and Ryan loved their video. They texted me the next day saying it was “incredible” so that was lovely of them.
